Fasal - Social Media & Print Design
Fasal Agrotech is an agri-tech company focused on connecting with rural communities through both digital and offline communication channels. I worked as the lead designer for social media campaigns and print materials, creating a unified visual language that resonated with both farmers and stakeholders. The objective was to design educational and promotional content that could communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging way. My role spanned concept development, design execution, and adaptation for multiple mediums.
Understanding the challenges of communicating with diverse rural audiences
The Challenge
The main challenge was to design visuals that would resonate with a diverse audience, many of whom had limited exposure to digital content. Farmers needed clear, relatable communication that avoided jargon and conveyed trust. At the same time, the company required materials that worked equally well online and in physical distribution, ensuring consistent brand presence. Balancing education with brand promotion was key.
Design process focusing on farmer community research and multi-medium adaptation
My Process
I conducted research into farmer communities and analyzed how they respond to visual communication, both online and offline. For digital, I designed infographic-style posts that explained agricultural techniques and product benefits in a clear, visually engaging format. For offline, I created posters, brochures, and flyers tailored for local distribution, focusing on legibility and cultural resonance. Every design element was aligned with the brand's identity to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Final solution delivering unified design strategy across digital and offline channels
The Solution
The unified design strategy improved brand recall and engagement, with digital posts driving awareness and print materials reaching rural audiences effectively. Farmers were able to easily understand product benefits and educational content, building trust with the company. The cohesive branding across both mediums gave Fasal Agrotech a stronger presence in its target communities. This dual-channel communication approach helped the brand gain visibility and credibility across audiences.
